Said Ayub Gullam is an Advocate of the High Court of Zanzibar and a seasoned Environmental Law and Compliance Expert with nearly 20 years of professional experience in Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons.) from the University of Dar es Salaam and specializes in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental Audits, Environmental and Social Governance (ESG), occupational health and safety, waste management, mining, oil and gas operations, and regulatory compliance.
Throughout his career, he has advised and supported major mining, energy, logistics, and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and international standards. His expertise includes environmental due diligence, risk assessments, environmental policy development, and health and safety management systems.
Since 2016, Mr. Gullam has served as an Environmental Audit Expert with Dimoso and Company Advocates, providing strategic guidance on environmental compliance, regulatory approvals, project development, and environmental dispute resolution.
